Factory-direct OEM & ODM since 2000
OEM & ODM Butane Torch Manufacturing
OEM and ODM manufacturing is the fastest way to put ignition tools under your own brand without building a production line. In an OEM project we apply your logo, colors, packaging and manual language to a proven platform model; in an ODM project our engineering team adapts the product itself — reach, interface, accessories — to your market's requirements. Both routes ship from our own factory, so specifications, test records and lead times stay under one roof.
This page explains exactly what you can customize, how the cooperation runs from first inquiry to loaded container, and the commercial terms you can plan against before you send an RFQ. The headline numbers: OEM and ODM orders start from 500 pcs per model, in-stock models start from 100 pcs, and mass production takes 15–20 days after the deposit is received. Sample fees are credited against your bulk order, so testing a sample first costs you little more than time.
Customization covers the five areas buyers ask about most: logo printing, body and accent colors, retail packaging, instruction-manual language and canister-interface adaptation for your region. Behind the line sits an 8,000 m² research and production base in Wenzhou with ERP-managed workflow, an AI inspection system on the production line and joint development with university labs — the same base that holds 100+ patents and exports to 40+ countries.
Every unit passes 20+ factory tests before packing. Fuel canisters are not included with any model — purchase them locally according to your local regulations. Professional tool, not a toy: read the manual before use and keep away from children.

What you can put your name on
Five customization areas are standard on every OEM order. Each one is confirmed in writing at the quotation stage, so what you approve at sampling is what loads into the container.
| Option | What it covers | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Logo printing | Your logo and brand marks printed on the torch body and on the packaging. | Confirm artwork files and print positions at the quotation stage so the sample shows the final look. |
| Body & accent colors | Shell color and accent parts matched to your brand palette on the chosen base model. | Built on the same heat-resistant shell materials as the standard model; specifications stay unchanged. |
| Retail packaging | Packaging design adapted to your brand and channel — color box, inserts and labeling. | Packaging design is confirmed together with the product sample before mass production starts. |
| Instruction-manual language | The printed manual produced in the language or languages your market requires. | Safety and operating instructions are always included; tell us the target market in your RFQ. |
| Canister-interface adaptation | The fuel-inlet area adapted to the canister types common in your region. | Standard models use a European valve interface; other canister types need an adapter. Fuel canisters are not included — purchase locally per local regulations. |
Cooperation process
From RFQ to loaded container
Seven steps, one contact channel. You always know which stage your order is in, because the whole workflow runs under ERP control inside our own factory.
| Step | Stage | What happens | Timing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | RFQ | You send the model, estimated quantity, target market and customization needs through the quote form. | Day 0 — your inquiry |
| 2 | Proposal & quotation | We confirm specifications, customization scope and unit pricing, and answer certificate questions for your market. | Per project scope |
| 3 | Sampling | A paid sample is produced with your logo, colors and packaging for review. | Quoted per project scope |
| 4 | Sample confirmation | You check the sample and confirm it as the production master; the sample fee is credited to your bulk order. | Your review |
| 5 | Mass production | Production starts against the confirmed sample under ERP-controlled workflow. | 15–20 days after deposit received |
| 6 | Outgoing inspection | Every unit passes 20+ factory tests before packing; finished cartons are checked before release. | Final stage of production |
| 7 | Shipment | Goods leave the factory to your freight forwarder or per the shipping terms agreed in the order. | Per agreed shipping terms |
Sampling and tooling timelines depend on the project scope and are quoted per project. Mass production time of 15–20 days counts from receipt of the deposit, not from the RFQ date.
Commercial terms
Order sizes, samples and lead time
The terms below are the ones importers plan their first order against. They apply to both OEM customization and stock-model purchases, and they are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
Sample-first purchasing
Order a paid sample before committing to volume. Check the flame, the build and the packaging on your own bench, then confirm the sample as the production master. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order payment, so the sample essentially pays for itself when the order follows.
Request a sample quotationWhat to put in your RFQ
Model (or the job you need done), estimated quantity, target market and the customization areas you want — logo, colors, packaging, manual language, canister interface. With those five facts we can quote accurately and flag the certificates your market expects. Payment terms are negotiated per order.

FAQ
OEM questions buyers ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
OEM and ODM orders start from 500 pcs per model. For in-stock models the minimum is 100 pcs, which lets you test a model on your market before committing to a full customization run.
How long does mass production take?
Mass production takes 15–20 days after the deposit is received. Sampling and tooling timelines depend on the project scope and are quoted per project.
How does the sample policy work?
Samples are paid in advance and the sample fee is credited against your bulk order payment, so the sample cost is recovered when you place the order.
What can be customized on an OEM order?
Customization covers logo printing, body and accent colors, retail packaging, instruction-manual language and canister-interface area adaptation for your market.
Can you support certificates for our target market?
CE certificates cover the GF-8010, GF-8011 and GF-8016 with validity to 2028, and the product line is backed by TÜV, UL, CPSC and SGS certification records. Certificate copies are shared with RFQ requests — see the certifications page for the model-by-model table.
